The hotel is located within walking distance of the metro and tram, making it convenient for exploring the city. The breakfast included unlimited hot and cold drinks, and the staff were welcoming and always smiling. The spa facilities were great and well-organized. Room 700 was amazing and unlike any place I had stayed before. The transfer to the hotel was smooth and quick, and upon arrival, I was greeted with a drink and given information about the hotel's facilities and points of interest in Prague.

The location of the hotel is a bit far from the main train station and does not have escalators, so it can be difficult to carry luggage up the hills. Additionally, I would have liked the breakfast to be served later, as I was on vacation and wanted to sleep in.

The room I stayed in was amazing! The private bathroom had all the toiletries I needed, and the hairdryer was a nice touch. The flat-screen TV kept me entertained, and the hot tub in the single room was just the cherry on top. I felt like a VIP guest!

Personally, I'm not a fan of the spa bath in the twin/double room. But hey, that's just my preference.

The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet was superb, with a great selection that was always well-stocked, no matter what time I went. I was impressed with the value for money and would definitely choose Hoffmeister Depandance again if I have the opportunity to visit Prague in the future.

The room was big and cosy with a comfortable bed and a spacious new bathroom. The WiFi worked well and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the festival venue and felt safe even at night.

Relaxing in the warm bubbling water was the ultimate treat. The twin/double room we stayed in had an electric kettle, so we could make ourselves a cup of tea whenever we wanted. Such a cozy touch! The twin/double room also had a seating area, giving us extra space to spread out and relax. It made the room feel more like a home away from home. The highlight of our stay was the twin/double room with a spa bath. We indulged in luxurious bubble baths, melting away any stress.

Personally, I found the spa bath a bit too small for my liking. But hey, some people might still enjoy it!

Guests can relax and enjoy drinks on the terrace with a great view.

The outdoor parking is limited and inconvenient on a very narrow and uphill street.

We loved the location of the hotel, just a few minutes away from the main street leading to the castle and close to everything we wanted to see in this city. The location was amazing, as we were just a short walk from the transportation hub, while also being within walking distance of many of the city's major landmarks. The room was well-decorated and spacious, and we particularly appreciated the jacuzzi.

The noise level outside the hotel was quite high, so light sleepers may want to bring earplugs. the parking situation was not ideal, and we found it difficult to secure a spot on the street outside the hotel.

This hotel fulfilled our luxurious needs with their exceptional Spa & wellness centre. We enjoyed a relaxing full body massage and beauty treatment, and the sauna and Turkish bath were a dream. The treatment room was beautifully decorated and allowed us to fully unwind. The location advantages along with the private facilities made our stay perfect.

The bar/ lounge area lacked live entertainment. It would have been nice to have some form of music or entertainment during our evenings at the hotel.
